Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 700 Alabama Ave NW, a rear passenger side window on a Chevrolet Cobalt was damaged, valued at $200.00
Delayed Accident Report – Occurred on Beason Gap Curve, the front bumper on 2008 GMC Yukon was damaged, valued at $1500.00
Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 1918 Williams Ave NE, $250.00 was taken from a vehicle
Maintenance of Alcohol Beverage Ordinance – Occurred at 1219 Greenhill Blvd NW, removed the City License for the selling of Alcoholic Beverages
Burglary – Occurred at 1921 Wills Creek Rd NW, taken was three Dell Laptop computers, one Compaq laptop and a Stele weed eater, valued at $2200.00

Mary Melissa Weldon, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 12:48 am.
Albert Taylor Barker III, age 36 of Church Hill, Tn, was arrested on Two Warrants for Harassing Communications and Obstructing Government Operations at 9:00 am.
Pedro Castillo Reyes, age 29 of Montgomery, was arrested for Three Counts of Second Degree Possession of Forged Instrument at 1:16 pm.
Bipinchandra Kacharalal Patel, age 44 of Cleveland, Tn, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Violation of Responsible Vendor Act at 8:27 pm.
Jayantilal Devchandbhai Patel, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Violation of Responsible Vendor Act at 8:27 pm.
Donovan Macias Pimentel, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving without first Obtaining a Drivers License at 11:38 pm.
8 Accidents with 2 Injuries
An accident with an injury occurred at Gault Ave N and 600 Gault Ave N, Linda Gregory, age 63 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Chrysler PT was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance when she was struck by Joann Green Stricklind, age 63 of Collinsville, who was driving a 2002 Ford Explorer. The Gregory vehicle then struck a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado being driven by Steven Westmoreland, age 48 of Fort Payne.
An accident occurred at Fox Ave SE and Adamsburg Rd, Juddie Shields Jones, age 52 of Fort Payne, driving a 1998 Saturn SL1, was struck by Caleb Seth Buckles, age 19 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, who was exiting a private drive, Juddie Jones was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
