Phillip Dewayne Madaris, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Domestic Violence at 7:15 pm.
Edwina Hope Floyd, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Combined Substances at 8:44 pm.
Billy Charles Ferguson, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 10:07 am.

An accident occurred at Beason Gap Road and Sanders Ave N, Sue Allsup Beason, age 67 of Fort Payne driving a 2006 Lexus RX330 left the roadway and struck a 2001 Dodge Intrepid. Beason was taken by private vehicle to Dekalb Regional.
