Chief Randy Bynum States:
On Tuesday, November 22nd, two males were observed by Wal-Mart security entering the sporting goods area and picking up two deer urine bombs and taking them to a clothing area, then setting them off in pockets of clothing. Damages to clothes totaled over $11,000.00. Investigation by the Fort Payne Police Department lead to the identity of the suspects, they were identified as Clint Taylor Bailey, age 18 of Fort Payne, and Christopher Lamar Weathers, age 18 of Dawson. The two were arrested on Tuesday, November 29th and charged with First Degree Criminal Mischief and Third Degree Theft of Property. Bonds were set at $13000.00 each.
