Ethan Wayne Rogers, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Violation of Court Order and for Judicial Court Services at 4:54 pm.
Mark Allen Norris, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving While Suspended and Failure to Pay at 5:19 pm.
Felicia Gail Tiffin, age 28 of New Market, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 7:19 pm.
