Theft of Property – Occurred at 3307 B Wallace Ave NE, taken was 5000 pounds of hosiery mill equipment, 200 pounds of copper wiring and tubing, a school bus, a 12’ x 30’ trailer, a 8’ x 25’ storage tank, and a 1000 gallon propane tank, valued at $7050.00
Property Damaged – A bumper on a 2007 GMC Yukon was damaged, valued at $800.00

Taylor Jordan Hollis, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:45 pm.
Elijah Wade Demarco, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:45 pm.
Douglas Steven Minor, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 5:46 pm.
Stephen James Headrick, age 18 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:08 pm.

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave N and 3rd Street NE, Donald Lee Hairston, age 57 of Fort Payne, struck Anitra Denise Hightower, age 35 of Fort Payne driving a 200 Mercury Grand Marquis, two passengers in the Marquis were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service

2 Accidents with 6 Injuries
An accident with injuries occurred at Gault Ave N and 9th Street NW, Lisa Scott Burt, age 42 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Chrysler Sebring stuck Xin Yong Zheng, age 56 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Toyota Sienna. Burt and a juvenile passenger and Zheng and three juvenile passengers were all taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 806 Godfrey Ave NE, taken was a Vizio 32’ flat screen TV and a Xbox 360, valued at $700.00

Beau Jordan Myrick, age 18 of Grove Oak, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment at 2:35 pm.
Angela Estelle Hawthorne, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Seven Warrants for Insurance Violation, Driving While Revoked, Theft of Property, Unauthorized use of Vehicle, Illegal Possession of Subscription Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Insurance Violation at 8:57 pm.
Gary Don Hudgins, age 54 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on Warrants for Public Intoxication and Violation of Court Order at 11:55 pm.
