Mason Noel Plunk, age 26 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 9:30 am.
A 17 year old female juvenile from Rainsville was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 1:28 pm.
James Cecil Bailey, age 23 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 180 Days at 4:52 pm.

A four car accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, Hazel Margaret Fountain, age 59 of Cedar Bluff, driving a 2005 Dodge Ram stuck Barbara West Wallin, age 70 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Kia Optima, who struck Brian Mitchell Solberg, age 60 of Sylvania, driving a 2002 Dodge Caravan, who struck Ruby Faye berry, age 59 of Grove Oak, driving a 2005 Toyota Corolla. Hazel Margaret Fountain was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
