Cedric Dionne Davis, age 31 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Ford Crown Vic struck Barbara Joan Edgar, age 40 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Three juvenile passengers in the Davis vehicle were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
