Esperanza Caballero, age 31 of Fort Payne, driving a 1995 Honda Accord struck Carol Martin Latham, age 61 of Joppa, driving a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. A juvenile male passenger in the 1995 Honda Accord was taking to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
