The female juvenile was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident with injuries occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, Carl Steven Gilreath, age 57 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant, struck Jason Lee Ruby of Mansfield, Ohio, driving a 1999 Ford Mustang, who in turn struck a 17 year old male juvenile of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Kia Sedona. Gilreath and passenger, Rita Poe Beck was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. Jason Lee Ruby was taken to Dekalb Regional by private vehicle. |
