Burglary – Occurred at 920 Alan Lane Road, taken was a Shindaiwa weed eater and leaf blower, 36 volt Dewalt set, saw zaw, drill motor, skill saw, flash light, Cobalt 130 piece socket set, 5 gallon fuel tank, Dewalt tool box with tools and electrical voltage meter, valued at $1845.00
Burglary – Occurred at 801 Sanders Ave NE, taken was a 26” 12 speed Next mountain bike, valued at $100.00

Nathan Ray Keith, age 30 of Gaylesville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:53 am.
Jennifer Nicole Sanchez, age 35 of Pisgah, was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Resisting Arrest at 12:51 am.
Nicholas Kimo Carter, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 10:04 am.
Jessie Tenette Hill, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and a Warrant for Theft of Property at 11:00 am.
Mauro Munguia Maldonado, age 32 of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 11:19 pm.

John Allan Bergsing, age 44 of Decatur, driving a 2010 Freightliner was injured at Wallace Ave NE and Rucker St NE when his truck struck a rock wall. He was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
Joseph Van Gravitt, age 39 of Rainsville, driving a 1994 Jeep Cherokee stuck Lee Alan Traylor, age 35 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 GMC Suburban. Gravitt was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
Jacob Lee Harris, age 23 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Chevrolet Colorado on Wallace Ave NE, left the roadway and overturned going down an embankment, he was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service and flown to Huntsville Hospital.

Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 450 Gault Ave N, a 2010 Jeep Patriot was damaged, valued at $1500.00
