An accident with injuries occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Cedarwood Dr SW, Katie Marie Cowart, age 18 of Henagar, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt struck Larry Eugene Couch, age 56 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier. Cowart and a female passenger were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
