Tony Ray Stone, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit at 7:09 pm.

An accident occurred at the intersection of Godfrey Ave NE and 9th Street NE, John Weston Mitchell, age 26 of Gaylesville, driving a 1996 Chevrolet S10 struck Charlotte Annette Fielder, age 44 of Fort Payne, driving a 1994 Nissan Altima. Passenger Betty Fielder of Fort Payne was taken by Dekalb Ambulance to River View Medical Center in Gadsden.
An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Lakeview Road SE, Jennifer Renea Alberto-Lopez, age 28 of Gaylesville, driving a 1997 Nissan Altima left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The driver was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
