Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was a 10 pack of Duracell batteries, two 3 pack CD’s, pair of gloves, WD-40, candy, ball cap, boys socks, three doodle stickers, sunglasses, necklace, Times watch, 3/8” Stanley ratchet, 1/2” ratchet, two Stanley screwdrivers, two 1/4” ratchet, Hits of 70’s CD, ladies watch, six piece screwdriver set, and two 3.5” blade knives, valued at $207.24
Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 120 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a tailgate, rear bumper nad quarter panel on a 2007 Nissan Frontier was damaged, valued at $2000.00

Gary Don Hudgins, age 53 of Centre, was arrested for Theft of Property and Public Intoxication at 12:40 am.
Lori Ellen Hudgins, age 44 of Centre, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 12:47 am.
Makayla Nicole Black, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana at 10:29 am.
Colby Tyler Stephens, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:37 pm.
Misty Dawn Gaskey, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Giving False Information to Law Enforcement at 2:13 pm.
Sherri Dawn Sanders, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:00 pm.
1 Accident with 3 Injuries
An accident with injuries occurred at the intersection of 14th Street NE and Sanders Ave NE, a 17 year old female juvenile of Section was driving a 2000 Jeep Cherokee and struck Jose Luis Nunez, age 42 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Ford Windstar. Two passengers and a juvenile driver were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was 7 bottles of cologne, valued at $114.00
3 Arrests
A 17 year old male juvenile from Fort Payne was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 12:44 am.
Erica Diane Hix, age 24 of Henagar, was arrested for Theft of Property and Possession of Marijuana at 9:57 pm.
Michael Ray Chapman, age 44 of Henagar, was arrested for Theft of Property and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 9:57 pm.
1 Accident with 1 Injury
An accident occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Plaza Road SW, Melissa Crane Hutchinson, age 26 of Gaylesville, driving a 2009 Ford ESC, struck Joseph Daniel Brooks, age 34 of Valley Head, driving a 1994 Buick Park Avenue. Passenger in the Brooks vehicle, Leah Christine Nesmith, was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
