Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle – Occurred at 1400 Gault Ave N, taken was a 1993 Oldsmobile Achieva, valued at $2500.00
Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 6700 Oak Hill Road NE, a top on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler was damaged and taken was a AimPoint T3 sight, valued at $2800.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 3402 Gault Ave NW, taken was a Black and Decker fire storm bag, Black and Decker reciprocating saw, Black Decker 18 volt battery, wood chisel set, pry bar, Black and Decker drill chuck, and assorted hand tools, valued at $235.00

Martin Leonel Mateo, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI, Underage Consumption of Alcohol and Attempting to Elude at 8:27 pm.
1 Accident with 3 Injuries
An accident with injuries occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Airport Road W, Brenda Marie Pendergrass, age 62 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chrysler was taken by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional when the vehicle she was driving struck Velma Pledger Sharp, age 76 of Rome, Ga., driving a 2000 Chevrolet Explorer. The Sharp vehicle then struck, Charles Ray Felkins, age 68 of Anniston. Two passengers in the Sharp vehicle, Alfred Roland Sharp and Robert Anthony Jennings, were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 5202 Greenhill Blvd NW, a bumper on a Chevrolet Trail Blazer was damaged, valued at $500.00
Burglary – Occurred at 1312 Dogtown Road SE, a exterior door was damaged and taken was 30 feet of copper tubing, two copper fittings, three brass outlet covers, Murray lawnmower, 100 gallons of LP gas, and one copper ground wire, valued at $1120.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at Lowes, taken was 100 feet of copper wire and 25 feet of solid bare copper wire, valued at $130.00

Passenger, Amy Sirena Owens of Ider in the Blazer was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
