Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Dr SW, a convertible top was damaged and a purse was taken, valued at $1050.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 2001 Desoto Parkway E, taken was a stuffed valentine puppy, cigarette lighter, tape measure and two rings, valued at $21.00
Burglary – Occurred at 605 Turner Ave SE, a front door and two glass windows were damaged, valued at $150.00
Damaged Property – Occurred at 510 Taylor Dr NW, a window on a 1997 Chevrolet Astrovan was damaged, valued at $200.00
Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 1800 Gault Ave N, a driver’s side door and quarter panel were damaged on a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage, valued at $1000.00

Gerald Ray Hughes, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Reckless Endangerment

An accident occurred Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave, Mary Lowery Plunkett, age 55 of Crossville, was taken to Dekalb Region by Dekalb Ambulance Service when the 2005 Nissan Maxima she was driving was struck by Rickard Leo Kuhn III, age 35 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Dodge Ram.

Burglary – Occurred at 904 Grand Ave NW, a door frame and weather stripping was damaged, valued at $30.00
