Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 3920 Park Road SW, a Paslode cordless nail gun was taken, valued at $399.00

Heather Lashay Terwilliger, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol at 12:45 am.
Melissa Nicole Williams, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Seven Warrants for Forgery at 2:00 pm.
Rayford Eugene Langley, age 35 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Seatbelt Violation at 1:45 pm.

An accident occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, Sherry F Wooten, age 56 of Trenton, Ga., driving a 1995 Dodge Dakota, struck Monica Alecia Gregory, age 33 of Collinsville, in a parked 1998 Nissan Maxima, passenger Pete Wooten of Trenton, Ga., was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
