An accident occurred at Scenic Road E and Wallace Ave NE, a 16 year old female juvenile from Fort Payne driving a 2002 Ford Taurus struck Roman Orpheus Varner, age 22 of Birmingham, driving at 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass. The female juvenile was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
