Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 150 Playcore Dr SE, taken a JVC CD player, two Sony 6 x 9 speakers, Autobon 800 watt amp, and a capacitor, valued at $1070.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 2000 Gault Ave N, taken was twelve ladies wallets, backpack, Alabama handbag, three Red Bull drinks, twelve packs of Cami’s, can of Planter peanuts, two bottles transmission fluid, valued at $192.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 201 45th Street NE, taken was a 1998 Dodge 1500 pickup, valued at $10000.00

Fabian Ray Burrage, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Probation Violation at 12:03 am.
William Shannon Crane, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Public Intoxication at 1:36 pm.
Elisa Jean Garrett, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:37 pm.
Gary DeJuan Higdon, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Probation Violation at 3:42 pm.
Charles Kevin Hawkins, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant Negotiating a Worthless Instrument at 8:06 pm.

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 30th Street NE, Amber Latoya McElrath age 26 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Ford Taurus struck Susan Carr Nolan, age 47 of Fort Payne driving a 2007 Toyota Sequoyah, Amber McElrath was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 405 4th Street NE, a windshield on a 1996 Chevrolet Caprice was damaged, valued at $600.00
Burglary – Occurred at 1915 Pumpkin Center Road E, taken was ten Franklin mint plates, nine Thomas Kincade plates, two boxes clothing, basketball goal, and 100 VHS videos, valued at $4250.00

Brandon Eugene Graham, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Seven Warrants, Two for Expired Tag, Three for Driving While Suspended, Insurance Violation, and Switched Tag at 12:51 am.
James Douglas Edmondson, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 1:00 pm.

An accident with injuries occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Jordan Road SW, Lura Cole Ferguson, age 52 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero struck James Neal Stanton, age 65 of Collinsville, driving a 1998 Mercury Grand Marque. Both drivers, plus passengers in the Stanton vehicle, Willie Robert Dryer and Bernice Dryer were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
