Henry Allen Norris, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI, Open Container and Reckless Endangerment at 2:31 pm.

Clyde Richard Montgomery, age 63 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested for Possession of Open Container at 2:31 pm.

 

Preston James Hill, age 54 of Collinsville, was arrested for DUI at 3:34pm.

Linda Roberts Law, age 48 of Collinsville, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 4:56pm.

 

Amber Marie Berry, age 31 of Geraldine, was arrested on Four Warrants for Criminal Mischief, Reckless Endangerment, Alias Warrant and Driving While Suspended at 6:51 pm.

 

Brian Walter Eberhart, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container at 7:11 pm.

 

Tarri Lee Eason, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:13 pm.

 

Tommy Dustin Burt, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Promoting Prison Contraband at 11:54 pm.

 

 

 

An accident occurred at I-59 and 218 exit, Anita Williams Bowers, age 54 of Collinsville, driving a 1996 Nissan Maxima, was struck by Darryl Ralph Watson, age 48 of McMinnville, Tn., driving a 2000 Peterbuilt. The Maxima left the roadway and overturned. Bowers was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service
