Kathy Shrader Gass, age 54 of Valley Head, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband at 12:37 pm.

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave NE and 33rd Street NE, Mario Luis Gasper, age 30 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Nissan Sentra lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree. He was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1808 Scenic Road E, a hood and rear windshield were damaged on a Chevrolet Malibu, valued at $550.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 1615 Sanders Ave NE, taken was a Playstation and console, valued at $500.00

Nicholas James Herman, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Fugitive from Justice at 2:11 pm.
A 16 year old male juvenile from Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 4:31 pm.

An accident with injury occurred at the intersection of Glenn Blvd SW and Prestwood Blvd SW, Wesley Keith Graves, age21 of Collinsville driving a 1997 Kia Sportage struck Joshua Paul Leslie Smith, age 34 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Peterbuilt. Mr. Graves was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
