An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59 ramp, Samuel Jason Goforth, age 27 of Flat Rock was driving a 2005 Freightliner, as he was turning his loaded shifted and the vehicle overturned, Mr. Goforth was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
