Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3923 Grand Ave SW, a driver’s side window was broken on a 1984 Chevrolet Deluxe pick up, valued at $100.00

Dianna Eady Jennings, age 31 of Talladega, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Suspended at 7:04 pm.
James Lynn Phillips, age 49 of Valley Head, was arrested for DUI, and Two Warrants at 11:56 pm.

Incidents
Theft of Property – Occurred at 4904 Desoto Pkwy NE, taken was a 16’ utility trailer, valued at $1000.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 5904 Greenhill Blvd NW, taken was a bottle of prescription medication, valued at $10.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 207 15th Street SW, taken was two 7 diamond cluster rings, a 4 diamond cluster platinum ring, Longines antique watch, and a 14k gold necklace and cross, valued at $1700.00

Lee Alexander McGill, age 20 of Crossville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Pay and a Pick Up Order to Serve 30 Days at 8:54 am.
Susan Renee York, age 35 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 9:53 am.
Jesus Jose Manuel, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 3:01 pm.
Christopher Michael Gregory, age 21 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident at 8:36 pm.
Byron Trey Peppers, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 10:33 pm.

An accident occurred at I 59 ramp and Greenhill Blvd NW, Bobby Jack McDowell, age 56 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Ford 150 struck Elizabeth Winters Templeton, age 45 of Flat Rock, driving a 2008 Pontiac. Mollie Belue, of Flat Rock, was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 905 Sanders Ave NE, a 2002 Chevrolet S10 was damaged on the rear quarter panel and bumper, valued at $500.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 201 45th Street NE, taken was $20.00 in currency and two checks, valued at $80.00
Burglary – Occurred at 1006 Airport Road W, taken was a Winchester 30-30 Rifle, Winchester 35 caliber rifle, M-1 30 caliber carbine, three 30 caliber 30 round mags, and a Craftsman pressure washer, valued at $3075.00
Theft of Services – Occurred at 2402 Dean Road NE, $50.00 of electrical services were used without permission
