Taneshia May Hamilton, age 34 of Albertville, was arrested on a Warrant for Negotiation of Worthless Instrument at 8:46 pm.
Benjamin Alba Gonzalez, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 11:17 pm.

An accident occurred on Interstate 59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, Mariana Lucille Quednau, age 24 of Clarksville, Tn., driving a 2004 Mazda RX8 lost control and left the roadway striking several trees, she was taken by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional.

Damaged Property – Occurred at 1163 Chitwood Ave SE, a passenger side front door and sliding door on a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country was damaged, valued at $100.00
Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 1307 Sanders Ave NE, a chain link fence and post, and passenger side quarter panel on a Chevrolet Silverado were damaged, valued at $1000.00
Burglary – Occurred at 602 Godfrey Ave Ne, 2 door frames and basement door were damaged, valued at $200.00

Roger Dale Smith, age 41 of Dutton, was arrested for Possession of Forged Instrument at 12:18 am.
Benjamen Michael Florence, age 30 of Section, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:07 pm.
Tammy Mae Guinn, age 45 of Centre, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct at 8:07 pm.
Jessica Aletha Kuykendall, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 8:04 pm.
David Paul Wooten, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Harassment, and Public Intoxication at 9:41 pm.

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Grand Ave SW, Brittany Nicole Owens, age 20 of Sylvania, driving a 1995 Ford Escort struck Charles Albert Caston, age 73 of Mentone, driving a 2009 Ford 150. A juvenile female from Fort Payne was taken to Dekalb Regional by private vehicle.
An accident with two injuries occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Mountain Road SE, Marvin Roscoe Keener, from Whitwell, Tn., and Marvin Anthony Keener, from Dunlap, Tn., were both taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service when the 1999 Ford F2S they were traveling in left the roadway and struck rocks.
