Commissioner Ron Ogletree States:

 

At approximately 9:45 pm, on August 19, a one vehicle accident occurred at Oakhill Road NE . Ryan Leigh Douglas Reynolds, 38 years old of 655 Turner Ave NE, was pronounced dead after his 1998 Chevrolet pickup struck a tree. Sgt. Hector Ortiz stated Reynolds was traveling east on Oakhill Road NE when he lost control of his vehicle in a curve, leaving the roadway, striking several trees totaling the vehicle. Reynolds was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is still under investigation.
