Tina Reeves Lacy, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:38 pm.
Troy William Dyer, age 36 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Insufficient Funds at 3:15 pm.
Jonathan Clay Jackson, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Violation of Court Order and One Warrant for Assault at 9:11 pm.
1 Accident with 1 Injury
An accident occurred at Alabama Ave and 30th Street NW, Jessica Aletha Kuykendall, age 23 of Fort Payne was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service when the 1999 Pontiac Grand Am she was driving left the roadway and struck a pole.
Tuesday August 3rd
Incidents
Burglary – Occurred at 6512 Magnolia Lane NW, taken was assorted Snap-On and Mack Tools, a Black and Decker Drill and damage was done to a door, valued at $250.00

Joshua Blake Campbell, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Illegal Possession of Prescription Medication at 10:41 pm.
Shannon Jason Bone, age 33 of Sand Rock, was arrested on a Warrant for Receiving Controlled Substance at 10:41 pm.

Burglary – Occurred at 4205 Godfrey Ave NE, taken was a Hustler 42” zero turn mower and damage was done to a door, valued at $4500.00

Jessica Aletha Kuykendall, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 1:09 pm.
Raul Felix, age 22 of Collinsville, was arrested for Violation of Court Order at 1:44 pm.
Susan Annette Albright Bell, age 43 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 5:30 pm.
Scotty Brian Peek, age 31 of Henagar, was arrested for Open Container at 8:28 pm.

A five vehicle accident happened between Glenn Blvd and Dewyer Ave SW, Ives V. Patterson age 68 of Rainsville, was driving a 1995 Nissan Stanza when he struck John Rickey Reed II, age 21 of Rainsville driving a 1998 Ford Ranger, that vehicle struck Alice Karen Heard, age 57 of Rainsville driving a 2007 GMC Yukon, her vehicle struck Matthew G. Bernard age 56 of Cedar Bluff, driving a 2007 Toyota Tacoma, his vehicle struck Jerry Wayne Steed, age 52 of Cedar Bluff driving a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe. Passenger Rita H Patterson was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Christopher Patrick Tilley, age 21 of Pisgah, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Driving While Suspended at 1:13 pm.

An accident with injury occurred at Gault Ave S and 4th Street S, taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service was Miguel Juan Esteban, age 22 of Fort Payne driving a 1997 Honda Accord, who struck Krista Sparks Burrage age 28 of Gaylesville, driving a 2001 Ford 150.
