An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd, Kenneth Dwayne Mckenzie Jr., age 40 of Mentone, driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla, was struck by Ladonna Faith Stonebraker, age 30 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Dodge Ram. Laurie Ann McKenzie was taken by private vehicle to Dekalb Regional.
