Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a Chrysler van had damage to right front fender and head light, valued at $350.00

Clint Edward Dutton, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and two Conditional Release Violations Revoked at 3:13 am.
Tony Lavern Harrelson, age 43 of Centre, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 1:23 pm.
Kenneth James Reese, age 29 of Las Vegas, NV., was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:19 pm.
Jeffery Wayne Bowden, age 26 of Hammondville, was arrested for Theft of Property 7:51 pm.
1 Accident with 1 Injury
An accident occurred at 1st Street NE and Turner Ave NE, David Robert Daniels, age 53 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Dodge Neon, was struck by Paula Aguilar Vazquez, age 35 of Fort Payne, driving a 1999 Dodge Stratus, Mr. Daniels was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – taken was a c-clamp, assorted craftsman tools and craftsman toolbox, valued at $745.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3714 Godfrey Ave NE, a 10 foot section of gutter and 3 inch section of vinyl siding were damaged, valued at $300.00
