Theft of Property – Occurred at 1509 Glenn Blvd SW, taken was a green 1997 Dodge Stratus, valued at $2800.00

Theft of Lost Property – Occurred at 1855 Industrial Lane SW, taken was two hundred eighty dollars from a wallet

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1501 Adamsburg Road E, a driver side cab and door of a Silverado was damaged and front windshield of a 2005 Caterpillar backhoe was knocked out, valued at $2300.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1202 Adamsburg Road E, a porcelain sink was damaged, valued at $200.00

Timothy Brandon Richards, age 27 of Summerville, Ga., was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 30 Days at 6:01 pm.

Steven Lee Strange, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 90 Days at 6:03 pm.

Adam Ryan Thomas Hubbard, age 26 of Bryant, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 4 Days at 6:07 pm.

David Eugene Hairston, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 235 Days at 6:10 pm.

Heath Allen Haney, age 25 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Court Oder to Serve 23 Days at 6:12 pm.

Dynice Lyvonn Walker, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 210 Days at 6:28 pm.

Thomas William Oberle, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Probation Violation at 8:55 pm.

Lea Anne Sims, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:04 pm.

David Wayne Kuykendall, age 45 of Birmingham, was arrested for Appearing in Public Under the Influence at 9:09 pm.

Skyler Blake Matthews, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 12:25 pm.

Robert Warren Miller, age 38 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 2:32 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was groceries and clothing, valued at $355.89

Fraudulent Use of Credit Card – Occurred at 2118 Dogwood Blvd NE, charges were placed on a card without permission, valued at $3000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was two necklaces and Zicam nose spray, valued at $39.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 804 Clark Ave NE, taken was $150.00 in currency

Deann Lee Barnes, age 41 of Rainsville, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 11:29 pm.

Morris Brown, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 3:53 pm.

William Bennett Hick, age 53 of Trenton, Ga., was arrested on Three Alias Warrants for Open Container, Possession of Marijuana and Theft of Property at 6:41 pm.
