Cindel Lea Graves, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Littering at 10:00 am. 2 Accidents with 2 Injuries An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, Ricardo Martinez age 20 of Section, driving a 1998 Acura struck Robert Cannon Black, age 67 of Rainsville, driving a 2006 GMC Sierra, Martinez and a female juvenile passenger were taken by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional Tuesday December 29th Incidents Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – taken was a cow print purse and wick vouchers, valued at $105.00 Passing Counterfeit Money – Occurred at 205 Glenn Blvd SW, a ten dollar bill was passed that was counterfeit 2 Arrests Jamie Ellen Monroe, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Failure to Appear at 9:59 pm.
