Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 230 Dekalb Plaza SW, a side door and quarter panel on a 2005 Dodge Caravan was damaged, valued at $2000.00

Ralph Lee Billy Wayne Steed, age 19 of Section, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 1:42 pm.

Hugh Thomas Kerby, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container Violation at 4:55 pm.

A 17 year old female juvenile from Fort Payne, was arrested for Probation Violation at 9:25 pm.
