Alan Matthew Bates, age 27 of Fyffe, was arrested on an Alias Warrant at 10:34 am.

Richard Howard Pierce, age 59 of Gadsden, was arrested on Two Alias Warrants for Open Container and Public Intoxication at 1:15 pm.

James Allan King, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container at 12:56 pm.

Charles Gene Keener, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 4:58 pm.

 4 Accidents with 1 InjuryAn accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, a female juvenile age 17 of Fort Payne driving a 2004 Mitsubishi struck Marcia Ellen Hill, age 49 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Avenger, Hill was taken to Dekalb Regional by private vehicle.

Counterfeit Money – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, persons tried to pass three one hundred dollars counterfeit bills

Jeffery Steven Williams, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant at 7:01 pm.

Seth Russell Killan, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 3:12 am.

Kawana Ragsdale Young, age 53 of Valley Head, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 3:06 pm.

A 17 year old female from Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:57 pm.

 2 Accidents with 1 InjuryAn accident occurred at Beason Gap Road NE and Dogwood Blvd NE, Kelly Jo Rich of Rainsville was taken by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional after the vehicle she was riding in, a 2003 Pontiac being driven by Seth Russell Killan of Fort Payne, left the roadway and overturned down an embankment.
