Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 1^st Street W, a rear bumper on a Mercury was damaged, valued at $1000.00

 6 Arrests    Roberta Ann Weddington, age 48 of Southside, was arrested for DUI of a Controlled Substance at 6:27 am.

Kerry Alan Holland, age 57 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant of Arrest at 11:50 am.

Hilario Gaspar Miguel, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Obstructing Justice, Open Container and a Warrant for Probation Violation and a Revocation Warrant at 12:30 pm.

Francisco Leon Andres, age 30 of Collinsville, was arrested for DUI at 12:40 pm.

Jon Arnold Backman, age 52 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 7:47 pm.

Joshua Kyle Westmoreland, age 21 of Trenton, Ga., was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 11:14 pm.

Carl William Kilgore Jr., age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Manufacture of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance at 5:45 am.

Kevin Todd Parker, age 25 of Grove Oak, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 9:23 pm.

.Alex Bencente Perez, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container and Resisting Arrest at 10:51 pm.
