Unlawful Breaking/Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 300 Grand Ave SW, taken was 2 bottles of prescription pills, 6 packs of cigarettes, a pocket knife and change, valued at $477.00

Failure to Pay for Gasoline – Occurred at 1022 Gault Ave S, 14 gallons of gasoline was taken without being paid for, valued at $33.00

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 218 mile marker of I-59, the right side of a 2009 international was damaged by a piece of lumber, valued at $1500.00

Sylvester McElrath, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 1:20 pm.

Jody Lee Armstrong, age 31 of Leesburg, was arrested for Selling/Distribution of Dangerous Drugs at 1:45 pm.

Kenneth Colby Hawkins, age 27 of Boaz, was arrested on Three Counts of Third Degree Burglary at 2:52 pm.

April Dawn Dodd, age 33 of Boaz, was arrested on Three Counts of Third Degree Burglary at 2:52 pm.
