Burglary – Occurred at 900 Grand Ave NW, three window and screens were damaged, valued at $70.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was a bottle of Hidden Fantasy Cologne spray, valued at $30.00 

6 Arrests   

Willie Carl Radcliffe, age 42 of Guntersville, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 12:27 pm.

A 15 year old male juvenile from Fort Payne, was arrested for Third Degree Theft of Property at 2:06 pm.

Tabitha Sky Meadows, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Alias Warrants for Insurance Violation and Switched Tag at 2:50 pm.

Latonya Lynn Tooley, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:05 pm.

Roy Lee Gorham, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 5:06 pm.

Barbra Tonya Norman, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Bench Warrants to Serve 148 Days at 6:00 pm.

Incident

Theft of Property and Forgery – Occurred at 26 Stewart Court Circle SE, taken were two personal checks that were forged, valued at $128.00

Possession of a Forged Instrument – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, five counterfeit bills were passed, valued at $500.00 

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a front bumper on a vehicle was damaged, valued at $300.00

Ronald Jeffery Caton, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 10:04 am.

Gloria M. Cruz-Cristobal, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property First Degree Grand Jury Indictment at 12:58 pm.

Ashley Leann McSpadden, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Hindering Prosecution at 1:20 pm.

Christopher Steve Pendergrass, age 32 of Grant, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 1:14 pm.

Kerry Wayne Andrews, age 44 of Dawson, was arrested for Open Container at 3:59 pm.

An accident occurred between Gault Ave N and 12 Street NW, Enis John Cheramie, age 51 of Houma La., was injured when his 1982 Honda Motorcycle left the roadway and struck a retaining wall, he was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 207 Lincoln Ave NE, two tires were damaged, valued at $150.00

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 612 Alabama Ave NW, charges of $1480.00 were put on a card without permission

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 411 Fruit Farm Rd E, a rear tire on a vehicle and Satellite Dish were damaged, valued at $350.00

Thomas Michael Guest, age 22 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 3:30 pm.

Eric Lee Lang, age 27 of Piedmont, was arrested on a Warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child at 2:05 pm.
