 Gregory Alan O’Neal, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Second Degree Theft of Property at 8:50 am.

Grady Lee Hughes, age 78 of Fort Payne, was arrested for First Degree Rape, First Degree Sodomy and Two Counts of First Degree Sexual Abuse at 9:13 am.

Michael James King, age 27 of Collinsville, was arrested on an Alias Warrant for Public Intoxication at 12:29 pm.

Rose Cathleen Foreman, age 25 of Sylvania, was arrested for DUI at 11:32 pm.

Burglary and Theft of Property – Occurred at 2134 Gault Ave NW, taken was a GMC Sierra 2500 pickup, valued at $32000.00, three wooden doors were damaged, valued at $1000.00
