Friday November 20th Incidents Burglary – Occurred at 1300 Godfrey Ave NE, a front door window pane was damaged and a 32” RCA flat panel TV was taken, valued at $1327.00 Theft of Property – Occurred at 805 Godfrey Ave NE, taken was a Dodge Caravan, valued at $1000.00 1 Arrest Edward Demetrius Nelson, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Violation of Court Order at 11:22 pm. 3 Accidents with 0 Injuries Saturday November 21st Incidents Theft of Property – Occurred at 1828 Gault Ave N, taken was $181.00 in currency 8 Arrests Ricardo Adame Cruz, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor at 12:32 am. Fabian Orona Barboza, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 12:32 am. David Garcia Garcia, age 19 of Valley Head, was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 12:32 am. Fernando Alonso Gamez, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested of Second Degree Possession of Marijuana and Three Warrants for Distribution of Marijuana at 10:43 am. John Stan Beretowski, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:46 pm. Donald Hodson Lee, age 60 of Fort Payne, was arrested of a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 7:18 pm. David Ignacio, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested of Domestic Violence and Two Arrest Warrants at 8:10 pm. Rey Luna, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Attempting to Elude at 11:04 pm. 4 Accidents with 0 Injuries Sunday November 22nd Incidents 1 Arrest Daniel Larios Hernandez, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 1:46 am. 5 Accidents with 2 Injuries An accident with injuries occurred on Beason Gap NE, Randy Dewayne Stephens, age 43 of Fort Payne driving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma struck a 2000 Dodge Avenger being driven by Lisa Faye Blevins, age 45 of Fort Payne. A juvenile passenger in the Blevins vehicle was taken by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional and Blevins was taken to Dekalb Regional by personal vehicle. |
