Burglary – Occurred at 150 5th Street NE, 400 dozen socks, 500 dozen underclothes, 20 quilts, 20 laundry bags, 70 t-shirts, and a Dell laptop, valued at $1179.00
Theft of Property and Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 714 Carrington Ave SE, a vanity sink, kitchen cabinet and sink base and PVC pipes and plumbing were damaged, valued at $1000.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken was two square bakes, two toilet paper, two washing detergents and two 22 quart stock, valued at $210.

A five car accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 4th Street NE, Brandy Lynn Baker, age 30 of Fort Payne, driving a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer struck Antonio D Lara, age 37 of Crossville, driving a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer who struck April Delana Essinger, age 36 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Jeep Wrangler who struck Jason Floyd Terrell, age 33 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Ford Focus who struck Heath Yancy Watson, age 32 of Hammondville, driving a 2003 Honda Civic. Passenger Maria Isabell Chavez in the Lara vehicle and Jason Floyd Terrell were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2513 Gault Ave S, six iron joint bars, valued at $32.50
Burglary – Occurred at 510 Alabama Ave NW, two woods doors and frames were damaged, valued at $200.00
